I had an on-going issue with my employer and my retirement system provider which ended up in an investigation against me; and which ultimately forced me to hire an attorney. This attorney helped me by filing an appeal on my behalf which cleared me of any wrong doing. I worked with Attorney Natalia Asbill-Bearor on a simple severance negotiation with a former employer and had a horrible experience. I often couldn't tell whose side she was on and there were many times where I felt like she was talking down to me or misleading me altogether. I didn't find her servic...es to provide much value and felt disrespected throughout the entirety of the few months we worked together. When you're dealing with a duplicitous and unethical employer, the last thing you need is an attorney who doesn't seem trustworthy either. If I could go back in time, I would not have hired Natalia, just based on how awful it felt to work with her. My experience was nothing like the reviews I read prior to engaging with Natalia.
