Totally incompetent
I hired Marion to work 2 traffic tickets for me a 1-pointer and a 2-pointer. I asked her to try and get me down to 1 point by negotiating or fighting the tickets. She told me that she wasn't confident that she could win and that she would try to negotiate, but she negotiated poorly and pled me guilty...
