Kristina Lynn Sager

Kristina “Kristie” Sager is the founder of the Law Office of Kristina L. Sager and serves as of counsel at Demas Law Group, P.C. After close to fifteen years of insurance defense practice at AV rated Sacramento firms, she is now utilizing her considerable advocacy skills, passion, and stellar reputation to represent the interests of injury victims. Her practice focuses primarily on personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, products and premises liability, slip, trip and falls, and wrongful death.

Kristie graduated from California State University of Chico with a B.A. in Political Science. During her time at Chico State, Kristie was the Administrative Director of the Community Legal Information Center on top of working full time, and playing both softball and hockey. Her unwavering work ethic continued when she was accepted into McGeorge School of Law as she was able to attend law school full time while also working for a highly regarded personal injury firm in Sacramento. She earned her Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 2006 and began her legal career as a Public Defender, where she honed her advocacy skills before moving into the private sector in the area of civil defense.

Kristie was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007 and is licensed to practice law in both state and federal courts. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Sacramento County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of Sacramento, Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, Women Lawyers of Sacramento, Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court, and SacLEGAL.

In addition to practicing law, Kristie is also a published author. When Kristie is not practicing law or working on her next novel, she enjoys spending time with her wife and dogs, playing ice hockey, curling up with a book, watching sports, and binging on Netflix and Hulu.
