Lisa helped my husband and me with our process of getting a Green Card last year 2017. He found Lisa online and it was a great decision we made to go with her immigration service because I’m Japanese so it was very helpful for me that she explained details of immigration law in Japanese. Also I asked... her a bunch of small questions that I was concerned about immigration process via email and she always gave me an answer. Before our immigration interview, Lisa went through everything of our case that our interviewer would ask. That got us prepared and was very helpful. Where to begin....first and foremost I would like to begin by thanking Lisa for all of her patience and hard work. Starting the immigration process was something my husband and I had been dreading for a very long time. We had two other consultations with different attorneys but they were not able to ...answer most of our questions. When we met Lisa, it was like night and day. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. She was confident and that put us at ease. She was always in touch with us via phone or email. My wife and I met online a little over 3 years ago and we developed a good friendship. She travelled to the US to visit her friends and conduct some work-related business; we met several times during these trips. Eventually, on one of her visits, I asked her to marry me and we went off, completely un...planned, and got married. Soon afterwards, we found ourselves in a potential visa fraud nightmare and our newlywed happiness quickly turned to panic. At the interview at the INS office at the Federal Building on Capitol Mall, Sacramento, we felt more comfortable because she was there to accompany us and that was no problem. My wife and I both felt that the cost was very reasonable and there were no unexpected costs. Kobayashi Law office was also accommodating to our paying in several payments over several months and we were very appreciative they were patient with us. Ms. Kobayashi and her staff, Brian and Jessica – each provided support – even emotional support when needed – that helped keep us calm and focused on the procedure and process we were going through. The counsel and personalized service and attention was exceptional – the office location is convenient – near Cal Expo – plenty of parking, no fees for parking – the office was open and able to schedule appointments around my work schedule so that I did not have to miss work. My wife and I both feel very indebted and thankful for the help Kobayashi Law office provided for our family. Having Lisa as a lawyer for my immgration process was very smart decision I made. She made me feel comfortable to discuss all the issues I had for the immigration and gave me many good advises on preparing legal documents for the green card. I recieved my green card with in three month after subm...itting the final doucuments!! Lisa was knowledgable, responsible as well as nice and caring.
