I have had the horror of working with Mr.Moreno on a couple of cases. He is very true to his word. And very transparent about the representation of your case. I've worked with other attorneys that don't return calls, don't keep you updated on the status of your case, or fail to meet your needs as a ...legal representative. This is not what you get from him and his staff. He will go to bat for you 100%. My former employer tried to imply that I falsified some information in my claim. Doug immediately responded with the proof that was needed to prove them wrong. Doug and his team are Always very attentive to his clients needs. And helps you to understand the legal language that you other wise would not understand. He won't try to impress you with a power suit and tie. Douglas Moreno was highly recommended by his peer to me. Prior to speaking with Mr. Moreno, WorksComp had terminated my case and claimed that I am fully recovered.
