When most firms were charging $3,500 to $4,900 and Yee came in with $2,400, I was skeptical so I checked the State BAR web and google ratings sites: No complaints and high ratings, respectively. I know that most trusts include boiler plate wording with specifics added to tailor it to a families' spec...ifics, so most of the work for the law firm is word processing and saving to a file. In my book, the higher costs are going to lucrative retirement pensions and lifestyles. The Yee paralegal was always available and passed my detailed additions/questions past the attorneys (my 2 sentence additions were converted into a large legally-worded paragraph or paragraphs). The paralegal also had great advice on how to deal with unlikely events. In our final meeting, we asked for two physical copies and they provided them (with a smile and a "no problem") along with a thumb drive containing the electronic copy. Yee allows free minor changes within a year and a $300 charge for later changes down the road. No regrets from this customer.
