I have expanded my practice of law into a practice of alternative dispute resolution.  I believe that mediation offers the parties to a conflict the opportunity to actively participate in a negotiated settlement in a satisfying and cost effective manner.  My interpersonal skills, extensive training and professional experience provide my clients the tools that they need to more fully understand the costs and benefits of continuing conflict and to fashion an end to that conflict.  As an independent arbitrator, I offer my understanding of the law and my professional experience with the costs and benefits of civil litigation and trial vs. just about any alternative means of solving disputes.
