Brandon R Leibrock

I asked Brandon to be my attorney after my former attorney suddently went out on leave. I told him another firm was going to charge me thousands to handle my case. Brandon assured me I didn't need to pay that money for my case. Brandon was responsive, understanding, and took the time to thoroughly ex...plain to me what could happen, what my options were and how he could help. I was very shook up and scared due to unfortunate events prior to meeting Brandon but I soon realized that he truly was a man of his word. He kept me informed of every action he took and responded quickly each time I reached out to him. I ended up only having to pay a small fine with his help. Because of his knowledge, persistence and kindness, he helped me more than he even knows and my family will forever be grateful for the care he gave me.

I am very disappointed with Mr. Leibrock. He agreed to take my case, his assistant emailed me a contract, I signed the contract and emailed it back to her. I did not hear anything back for 2 weeks either acknowledging receipt of the contract or the next steps regarding my case. When I emailed his ...assistant asking if she had received the contract or had any updates on my case, Mr. Leibrock replied the next day and said: "Unfortunately with the holiday and our work schedule we have not done any more activity on your case. At this time I believe that you would be better suited with another attorney. As such we will not be moving forward with assisting you on this matter, and you will not be billed for the work performed to date. I wish you the best in your endeavors." So I cannot recommend Mr. Leibrock who provided a contract outlining what he would and would not do for the case and then decide to drop me without providing a reason.

Brandon handled my case and was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He knew exactly the legal issues related to getting me my dismissal and helped me through a very difficult experience.
