We hired Walter loving to represent our family in a wrongful death suit. His professionalism and compassion toward our family was outstanding. Walter always returned our phone calls and emails within a timely manner. He always respected our decisions and listened to what we needed. Walter went above and beyond to help us with our case. Mr. Loving received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis. He then attended McGeorge School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Loving began his career as a civil defense attorney and practiced in that field for 18 years. Since 2004 he has exclusively represented personal injury victims and their families in a wide variety of practice areas, including wrongful death and catastrophic loss litigation, products liability, employment litigation and legal, medical and other professional malpractice. Great Lawyer

Walter is one of the good guys. Not your typical movie lawyer shark, but he is tenacious in his own way in doing what is best for his clients. He demonstrates a calm, cool and collected demeanor and exudes a quiet confidence. He is very level headed, has a practical approach and keeps his clients updated as often as he can. He is consistent, caring and conscientious. We would hire him again in a second.
