Biography
Mr. Loving received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis. He then attended McGeorge School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Loving began his career as a civil defense attorney and practiced in that field for 18 years. Since 2004 he has exclusively represented personal injury victims and their families in a wide variety of practice areas, including wrongful death and catastrophic loss litigation, products liability, employment litigation and legal, medical and other professional malpractice. Mr. Loving has over 30 years of trial experience and is a member of ABOTA.
