When first looking at the application for my husband's green card, we thought we would be able to do it on our own and soon realized we needed help. Peter was such an amazing help during the entire process. Before we had even begun the process Peter was able to answer so many questions and concerns, ...as well as give incredibly specific advice on how to handle the case. Our case was filed during the height of COVID and as a result, there was a massive delay as they got caught up. When my wife and I moved back to the US in the summer of 2022 we were quite concerned with how we were going to navigate the immigration and change of status issue that we were facing. Although we had been married for a number of years already, understanding and dealing with the numerous forms and r...equired documentation was daunting for us. We felt that there was no good way to really know exactly what we needed or if we were making a critical mistake when filling out information or submitting documents. Mr. Kyung and his office were an absolute godsend. From the first conversation we had with him his reassurance and gentle manner put at us at ease. He laid out our options very succinctly and openly and for the first time we felt that this task would not be insurmountable. We did not feel any pressure to commit, Peter simply laid out our options along with his pricing structure and then left the choice up to us. Both my wife and I felt that having Peter manage our case would be well worth the cost. Almost 8 months later we were proven correct. My wife’s case was approved and we received her green card in record time. We believe in large part this was due to Peter’s good standing with the courts and immigration offices. Peter always made himself available to us if we had any questions (sometimes even responding to emails we sent late into the evening) Any concerns we had he dealt with in a very warm, compassionate, and understanding manner. If I could give more than five stars, I surely would. Peter was such a fantastic lawyer from the very beginning. My husband and I used Peter recently for our immigration process to obtain my husband's residency. Going into this process was very overwhelming for us, with so many questions but, most of... all, not knowing the process. Peter had a Zoom call with us before we retained him; he spoke to us and advised us of the process. The one thing that stood out about Peter is he took his time with us, knowing and asking about our history, to make sure he could help us; this stood out because this was even before we put a fee to retain him. This made me feel I could trust him and that we were not just another application on his desk. He explained the timeline and everything we needed before the process. After retaining, the communication between Peter and his office and us was always there. Our emails and calls were always returned as soon as possible. I would constantly email or call his office when I had a question, and not once did I feel like a burden with so many questions. When we completed our package, he delivered on his word when he said he would file in the promised time. He constantly kept us informed with any notices or updates.
