Look No Further for Immigration Help

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Peter and all the help he gave us during our green card process. This whole process is stressful, to say the least, but Peter was just so patient with us. He answered every single one of our questions (and trust me, we had a ton of them) and was alw...ays quick to get back to us. He also kept us in the loop about any changes with immigration, which honestly was a huge relief and really calmed our nerves. He really went above and beyond for us, especially when it came to the interview. The mock interview he did with us made all the difference and helped us feel so much more prepared. He even called in for our actual interview while he was on vacation. It just showed how much he genuinely cared about our case and wanted us to succeed. We would recommend Peter and his team at KILO Immigration to any of our friends or family in a heartbeat. He’s not just good at his job, he’s a genuinely good person who was a pleasure to work with. We honestly feel like we couldn't have done it without him.

Recommendation

I can’t thank Peter enough for helping me through my green card process. From start to finish, he is professional, supportive and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had and I had a lot! He always answered quickly and patiently making me feel heard and understood throughout the enti...re journey. What stood out the most was how understanding and reassuring he was especially during moments of uncertainty, I know got my green card approved and I can confidently say he was one of my good omens through this journey. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable and kind, I couldn’t recommend him more

Smooth like butter.

"Denied." "Needs more evidence" "Improper forms sent" Waiting "Rejected payments" Waiting Waiting waiting Reapply or Reopen case...? Do the paperwork yourself, save some money this can't be too difficult was my mindset. I quickly found out I don't understand how to navigate this ocean of... federal immigration paperwork. Not only that but even my own personal documents, getting them in order to submit. It's a lot. A lot, a lot to deal with. Work your full-time job and do this. It's stressful, arguing, restless, emotionally draining, and not knowing what the future holds is unbearable. We spoke with two lawyers before we scheduled a meeting with KILO. If I remember correctly those places charged like 100$ jus to talk to us, both of which we instantly had a feeling of buyers remorse. Not that they were unprofessional but more just I didn't feel comfortable giving these places such a healthy sum of money. I'm not cheap but I value my money because I/We work hard for it. Much too hard. From our first handshake with Peter we BOTH felt like this guy has the wheel for sure. Peter drew us a small diagram of how the process goes, some of it we knew and some I was clueless too. He knew the ups and downs of everything we asked and filled us with positive information, this made us feel safe. We could see the light at the end of the tunnel finally. Ok at this point we could tell Peter was our guy, and are happy to move forward. My personal situation was I had the government fees and not a whole lot more, KILO was well within our budget without breaking the bank. We were able to make very very affordable monthly payments. I remember the second office we went to asked for 40% down. it's a good amount of work on your end getting your own needed documents together. But knowing What papers to get together is the tricky part. KILO would have everything in my email, plain text for me to be able to wrap my head around. They submitted all our files and handled all the mess I made. I couldn't believe our pain free experience Fast forward to today. Wife has her greencard in hand. If I knew all the spinning of my wheels I was going to do on my own, just trying to make sense of the I791's, b2 to K1. I would have called KILO sooner. It is a long process and Peter was there for us every step of the way. He is a stand-up guy and we have a lot of respect for this man. Absolutely no buyer remorse, best money we ever spent.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
