I do not write reviews, but I would like to share my experience with Peter Kyung law firm. I moved from Fresno CA to Reno NV for my job and I was looking for immigration lawyer. Before I left Fresno, I met 4 attorneys, but I didn’t feel connection with any of them. I moved to Reno and I started searc...hing again for immigration lawyer as my case was EXTRAORDINARY complicated. I consulted with several attorneys here in Reno, but I could not find any connection with them. Even one of the attorney refused to take my case due to its complexity. I have been searching for attorneys and I found Peter on several website and people shared extraordinary experience with his law firm. I took day off and sill I remember that day I started driving from Reno to Sacramento in very bad weather and while I was driving I was thinking should I really go and see him. Finally, after a long drive I reached his office met him and in 1 hour I decided that I will request him to take my case. Next day I sent him an email and shared my request he accepted to take my very challenging case. He started working on my case and he works like he is my family member or like my brother. He is extremely honest with his work and his staff is very amazing. The best thing about peter is communication. He replies my email very promptly. I still remember I was at night shift I was worried about my case and possibly loosing my job as a physician. I sent him an email on Sunday night at 7 PM that I am worried about my case and he replied to my email and I was very glad and relaxed after reading his email and at the same time surprised with his dedication with his work. USCIS called my interview and he came to attend my interview with me all the way from Sacramento. I offered him to arrange hotel in Reno, but he declined, and he asked me to meet him at Starbucks at 7 AM to further prepare me for my interview. He prepared me for 2 hours before my interview. Today while I am writing this my green card has approved and I received letter from USCIS. Also, I would like to mention that his office never calls me for payment. We never had discussion about fee after the 1st consultation. I am extremely thankful to Peter and his staff specially Jennifer and Janette. It was amazing experience. I feel like I found a very good friend and honest person. I would highly recommend him specially for difficult cases like mine. He is hero in front of my whole family.

Peter is definitely a professional, dedicated, passionate, and talented attorney. I received a 204(c) denial. I hired two different attorneys and they couldn't help me, and each one of them caused an extra mess to my case. Finally, we found Peter Kyung. When my same-sex partner and I first started exploring the idea of returning home and gaining an IR1 Visa, I bought and read the (very informative) NOLO book on the topic and got online to try to work out how to DIY. Feeling confused with the unclear, sometimes apparently conflicting information I vi...sited the Hong Kong consulate to ask for advice...they were kind, but unhelpful. Shortly after, we decided we had better do this with professional help. After a few weeks researching Peter Kyung became our choice of advocate. Yesterday, Henry, had a 2 hour wait (by himself as I was not allowed in the consulate) for his interview. While he was there he overheard countless people trying to manage on their own, running into confusing rules and difficult challenges. The Consular staff were as helpful as they could be, but made it clear that they do not provide information or hand-holding. Some were turned away, we were not. Indeed the clerk jokingly mentioned to Henry that our case was in such good order that it was a waste of time submitting all the additional evidence! Peter was competent, comforting, and encouraging throughout. In reflection we believe our relationship with him has been one of the best decisions we made in this process. Peter is an expert at helping many who would otherwise be lost in a sea of red tape and legalese. I can and will recommend him for immigration matters without a moments hesitation.
