Peter is an amazing lawyer, I would gladly rate him more than 5 stars if I could. Honestly he is the best lawyer I have worked with. He is calm, compassionate and extremely responsive. When I received the RFE for my Naturalization, I was at the end of my wits and knew I could not respond by myself, a...nd feared my application might not be approved. Then I found Peter, and honestly it is one of the best decision I have made. He was there through every step, guiding me and providing me options. He has a very keen understanding of the immigration process and without his generous and useful advices, it would have been difficult to present a good response and get it approved. I am really glad that I worked with him. He is the best and I highly recommend him!

How should I start this review.... first of all is THANK YOU! Peter honestly by far is the best lawyer I have worked with in my life. When i found myself in some deep trouble with my immigration status, I had no one to go to. I was about to give up hope, pack my suitcase, and just go home, saying goo...d bye to this home I have lived in for quite some time. But I decided to give it one last shot, I googled for an immigration lawyer near my area. Peter was the first one that popped up. I then emailed his law firm to set an appointment to speak with Peter for further help. I stepped into his office, greeted by his secretary Janette (who is super nice and sweet), sat at the black/dark brown sofas, and then this quite tall, Asian, very smiley man came out. "Hi, you must be karen, I am Peter, how are you?" he gave me a very firm handshake and then I already knew, he is the one! he is my lawyer! I don't know why I picked him first honestly. There were other lawyers too, but for reason, his picture gave me a warm feeling in my heart. Since that day, Peter had helped me through out the whole process, from consulting and discussing with me about my options and what I can do, to preparing documents with me, to updating me when status changes in my case, to prepping me for the interview, even til the end. All i can say is he is seriously the best lawyer ever. He will be the only lawyer I will ever recommend to anyone. He used his heart, good soul, and brilliant mind to handle my case. I knew from the first time I met him that he was a graceful, kind-hearted man that will go all the way out to help you success in your process. He is not like other lawyer where they will take as long as they want, charge their clients hours and hours of work that they didn't really do. When Peter said he will try his best to work on your case, then you can really trust him to do so. He put his determination into it and he will assure you that it is all good and don't worry so much. And man, I am a very easily worrying person. haha! Oh and one more thing, Peter and Janette are very on top on responding emails, unless Peter was out of town doing some work, they are very fast at responding. All and all, Peter is the best. If there were more stars than 5 that I can give, I honestly will give 100 or even more!!!! Go to Peter, be openly honest with him, and he will always tries his best to help you.

We hired Peter Kyung to assist us with adjusting my husband's immigration status. First I'd like to say that I've never met a more responsive and genuine attorney.
