My wife and I hired Mr. Kyung to represent us in the processing of all necessary documents to effect a change of immigration of status. I just walked out of my swearing in ceremony along with 600 others. I am an American citizen finally! It would not have happened without the hard work, integrity and knowledge of my attormey Peter Kyung, I was afraid to aply for citizenship because I had a DUI only 2 years past. Peter put me at ea...se and I trusted him from the beginning. He did a lot of work helping me fill out the application but he recommended I wait 3 years until I was 5 years clear of the DUI. I got a 10 year extension of my Green Card with Peter's help and kind of forgot about it. 3 years to the day after that I got a call from Peter saying it was time to send in my request. I had really forgotten about it but Peter went to work at no charge, We got my application updated and current with fresh testimonials and referrals. We hired Mr.Kyung to handle my green card case. Our case wasn't hard but pretty complicated to handle on our own, so we hired him. He handled my case very professionally and quickly.
