Manroop Purewal

I worked with Roop Purewal on a lease transaction for a large orchard property. Roop knew the ins and outs of the transaction after review of the documents and helped the deal come to a successful close. In my book there are attorneys that make deals work and there are attorneys that hinder a deals... progression. Roop is a meticulous deal maker. He not only has practical contract knowledge, but also has in depth knowledge of the dynamics of a transaction. This, I believe, he learned from real life, hands on experience from owning and managing his own properties. You don't learn that in law school...although he must have done pretty well there also, being that he graduated magna cum laude
