Biography
I began practicing law in the Sacramento area in 2007. Since that time, I have represented hundreds of clients in both criminal and administrative matters. I pride myself on my client communication and creative approach when attempting to resolve cases with district attorneys and the representatives of licensing agencies in administrative matters. People accused of criminal offenses involving firearms or dealing with other gun-related issues will benefit from my extensive experience with and knowledge of California and federal laws governing firearms, ammunition, magazines, and various other devices. I have also successfully appealed the denial of many individuals whose applications for CCW permits in Sacramento County were initially denied.
