Jennifer Bliss Holdener

I hired Ms. Holdener for my divorce case. It was highly contentious, and I never had to worry about Ms. Holdener being prepared in court or for our meetings. Her work was exemplary and timely, and she never over billed me. She was attentive and sincere with me, ensuring that to keep me informed ea...ch step of the way. The staff at her office was always well informed and happy to assist me if need be. I have recommended her to various friends and acquaintances.

I honestly don't know where to begin. Maybe the times when I met with her at her office, and she (more than once) got my case mixed up with other clients of hers. Or the time when I showed up for my meeting and she had totally forgotten about it. Or the time when I couldn't reach her at all and ended... up asking for her paralegal who then told me, "I don't really know, I'm just a paralegal." Or the times when I had called requesting updates/information and never received a call back, or when she missed telephone interviews. I mean... I could go on and on. I never truly felt "represented" by her, and the only things that she stated at the one court date (of two) that she showed up to, were things I brought up because she didn't even think of them. In fact, she was doing a pretty poor job to the point that I had to speak up and talk with the judge. Unbelievably unprofessional, undependable, disorganized, and disinterested... and it shows. I have been waiting two weeks for a call back on my last request. The office and "firm" aren't much better to be honest.
