Gregg David Josephson

I love the practice of law, and I have been fortunate to have worked with amazing clients and other practitioners over the past 15 years in this field.  I specialize primarily in working with banks, borrowers and other parties involved in lending transactions, but also have significant experience as a general business lawyer assisting numerous businesses and individuals who need contracts drafted and reviewed, businesses created, bought or sold and serving as an outside general counsel and trusted advisor on a multitude of issues.  Although I spent most of my career at large law firms, I recently joined two of my former partners in a boutique transaction practice where I can focus more on clients and less on law firm bureaucracy and administrative tasks. The new firm also allows me control my rate structure and offer the same level of experience of larger firms but at rates that are far less than some of my counterparts.
