Elizabeth Louise Gade

The Law office of Elizabeth Gade was a Godsend for our family. First, my husband was the client, but because of his illness he was unable to speak on his own behalf. The law office let me speak for him with no push back from the staff. They collected all medical documents for us and never asked us... to do it. They met all deadlines and kept us in the loop. When I left a message for the attorney, she called me back within the same day ( un -heard of in the law business ) They treated us with respect and guided us along the way with what point in the process they were at. When Social Security cancelled my husband’s Medicare mistakenly, the law firm guided me on what to do.

Worst attorney I've ever dealt with. She made us miss deadlines critical to our case and made no effort to contact us. PISS POOR !!! She did nothing with our case for over a month and a half without once attempting to make contact with us and blamed it on a missing document which she was supposed to... secure for the case. When I brought it to her attention that I was unsatisfied with her lack of communication specifically because she is delaying the case her response was that she would remove herself, which puts us back at square 1. We are homeless now and she made no effort to rectify the situation and was callous and thoughtless. This from an attorney who we are paying 25%, really. I am reporting her to the California State Bar Association because in my opinion, she should not be practicing law. #TimetoRetireGade
