I was sent to this firm by another satisfied client and my experience was also nothing but positive. People who do not have success tend to be in a big hurry to post a negative review but there are often circumstances that affect outcomes the professional cannot control. In my experience, Elizabeth... was compassionate, competent and thorough. She knew what was going to happen, what needed to be done when and how to do it. Even if I do not get a positive decision, I think they did their best, and I know that I would not have had success at all trying to do this on my own. Additionally, they do NOT get 25% of the benefits, the maximum they can get is limited by law to around $4000 and they won't just stop working for you when they have reached the number of hours that represents. Easy case, hard case, all the same money...In my case, all the paperwork was done on time and submitted for me. I was able to be focused on relaying the information the hearing officer needed in order to make an informed decision. I anticipate a positive decision, a negative one would NOT change my opinion.

Worst attorney I've ever dealt with. She made us miss deadlines critical to our case and made no effort to contact us. PISS POOR !!! She did nothing with our case for over a month and a half without once attempting to make contact with us and blamed it on a missing document which she was supposed to... secure for the case. When I brought it to her attention that I was unsatisfied with her lack of communication specifically because she is delaying the case her response was that she would remove herself, which puts us back at square 1. We are homeless now and she made no effort to rectify the situation and was callous and thoughtless. This from an attorney who we are paying 25%, really. I am reporting her to the California State Bar Association because in my opinion, she should not be practicing law. #TimetoRetireGade
