Amazing WC Attorney!!

Brian has been my WC Attorney for many years. His time and dedication to my case was second to none. He was very present, direct, informative, supportive, and empathetic as my Attorney. I always felt like my case was in very good hands from beginning to end. I know this process can be difficult for p...eople and Brian made me feel like he was not just my Attorney, but also a partner in the process. He was my Attorney for many years

Attorney for many years. He’s money driven when your claim gets older he will not help you. I’m at a point where I need his help more than anything and I had to let him go. He verbally said to my husband and myself three years ago. don’t expect me to do anything more for you there is no money in it f...or me the case is to old. Now he sent a $25,000 lien against me and the case. Very money driven very sad. I let him go because he said he would not help me anymore. He made money off my claim for 26 years and denied to help me when I need it most. He couldn’t be happy with all he gained now he wants to sue for more. Read the reviews find an attorney that will help you even if your case is older. Brian this will come back on you. It’s called karma

My name is Brian McMonagle. I represented the author for nearly 25 years in her workers’ compensation claims. The WCAB awarded my office attorney’s fees on two occasions: ---The first was in 1998 as part of an evidentiary trial; and ---The second time was in 2009---as part of extended proceedings---resulting in Stipulations between the parties. Each award included ongoing future medical treatment in favor of my client. The award of fees was quite modest. The WCAB regulates attorney fee requests. Attorney’s fees are payable only after the Judge’s approval. Injured workers have the right to comment upon fee requests. The fee awarded is a matter of public record. There has not been an award of attorney’s fees since 2009. For the last 12 years, my office has engaged in helping administer the treatment awards. The insurance company has consistently denied most of the treatment requests. Some of my efforts were successful---some were not. Time spent is substantial. I have not obtained a fee for these services. I have not made a fee request for these services. The author’s injuries are significant. I understand her frustration. I would help her again---if that was her request.
