Best Bankruptcy Attorney

As a low-income landowner in Northern California, I cannot praise Yasha enough for his professional and talented abilities to help me through a successful bankruptcy that I felt forced into by the COVID-19 pandemic and my own inferior financial decisions. Yasha explained in detail every part of this... journey down this complicated and lengthy legal path. Before finding Yasha, I had spent a lot of time and effort trying to file bankruptcy by myself but now realize that I could never have done this without his extensive knowledge, experience, and extremely helpful assistance. I now know why there are so many positive reviews for him on the Internet. Everything we did together was done by phone and email so that we never met in person, his fees were very reasonable compared to the fees of other bankruptcy attorneys I had corresponded with, and he always promptly responded in detail to my many questions (unlike many busy professionals). I feel so lucky and extremely grateful for finding Yasha Rahimzaden.

Thank you Yasha!

I called Yasha to talk about my potential legal case. He patiently listened to me, guided me through the legal aspects of my case, and explained my options. He generously refused to charge me for his valuable time and consultation. Now I feel I have a strong support for my case and highly recommend h...is service.

If your looking for a Knowledgeable lawyer I highly recommend Yasha

Yasha did a awesome job representing me on a lawsuit brought against me on a law I never knew existed, he took the time and explained how and why this law was there and guided me to make the right decisions along the way and we settled out of court and I am very very happy on the results, he saved me... a lot of worrying and wondering and it worked out in the end Terry

Unresponsive, prejudice

I didn't have luck with him. I contacted him by email and didn't respond. Called him a few days later and left him a message and he finally called back on a Friday and requested more documents and said he was going to call me back on Monday. He never called, holding me in a situation of not knowing... whether he was going to take the case or I had to contact somebody else. So I left him a message again on the following Thursday and he called back on Friday and said he was going to look at the documents and contact me on the following Monday again. He sent me an email on that Sunday, talking like a drunk person or someone high on drugs, saying that he looked at the documents and that I had a good case against the other side because of one of the documents I had. Then he went on to say in the next paragraph that he didn't have that document and most likely I didn't have it either, so he couldn't help me. I contacted him by email and told him he had the document and if not I could send it to him again. That was last week and still haven't heard from him. Ended up hiring somebody else who actually makes sense, is prompt, professional, courteous, reasonable and not very tight-lip or prejudice.

MPier, I am sorry for your apparent bad experience, but please note that in almost 17 years of practice I have not ever responded like a drunk person or like I was high on drugs. My emails are clear. If I indicate to a client that I need a document, it’s because I have reviewed their documents and not located what I need. I expect cooperation and understanding from clients, especially after I have informed them that I am extremely busy. If the client is not willing to comply, they are welcome to retain another attorney. Good luck in the future. -Yasha Rahimzadeh

The best attorney.

I recently found myself in financial crisis and needed an attorney. I was skeptical when I first met Yasha because of my bad experience with the previous law firm. Right away Yasha put me at ease with his sincerity and his extended knowledge of the law. I walked out of his office feeling like a huge ...weight just got lifted off my shoulder. Yasha took the time to review my case then explained everything to me, step by step, from A through Z. He kept me updated in real time on what was going on. He responded to my call calls; email and text within minutes. He communicate with clients directly, I didn’t have to deal with leaving message through secretary or paralegal. Yasha treated me with respect; he handled my case with expertise and he did all that with a surprisingly low fee! Words can’t express how thankful I’m for Yasha and his services. He exceeded my expectation for how an excellent attorney should be and I would recommend him for anyone who needs a BK attorney.
