Steven Barry Bassoff

Steven represented me in an action that could have potentially cost me my job. He was honest, forthright, dependable, reasonable and professional. I could not have found better representation than Steven. I am also an attorney and worked with loads of attorneys when I was in law school. I can sni...ff out a crappy attorney at 100 yards. Steven is in that rare class of really good attorneys who return phone calls and emails and genuinely care about you and your case. The outcome of my case was fair and I was happy with the result. He also did not use up my entire retainer and refunded me the difference. Believe me, that is a RARITY.

Steve Bassoff represented me as my union lawyer for a termination with the state of California. Do to his lack of interest and being unprepared for the hearing I was told to resign. I feel if Steve would of listened to what information I had I could of won my case. I was told that if I resigned my pe...rsonal file would be purged and that he would follow up on that, only to find out it hadn't been done. Very upset with how my case was handled.
