Robert R. Rubin

Mr Rubin was retained to represent me in a matter concerning the Cal. Franchise Tax Board. I was very financially fragile at the time having gone through a divorce which created my problem. Mr. Rubin spent a large ammount of my retainer, billing me for research on the very laws and codes he was suppo...sed to be an expert in. He never contacted me personally which meant he did not get the full story, and some important inside the Tax Board information which I wished to communicate to him. This all occurred several years ago, and I have since tried to get my money refunded to no avail. Mr. Rubin refused to meet with me or speak to me by phone.
