When the Fairfield Suisun Unified School District failed to provide federally-mandated aid for my daughter, and then tried to expel her for those very same problems - problems that could have been readily solved if the school had done what it was supposed to do - we were forced to seek legal help. M...ichelle brought the school district to understand that they were greatly negligent, held them to their responsibilities, and had them sign a legally-binding agreement. A year later, when the school district once again tried to go without providing the required assistance, I was able to remind them that they were in violation of the agreement and the school then began acting properly again.
