John was assigned to me as my public defender. My case was a very simple cut-and-dry case that should have definitely gone in a different direction. What should have been if anything a slap on the wrist turned out to be a felony on my record and 5 years probation along with house arrest over somethin...g that went against our own rights as US citizens.
