Jennifer Anderson Eason

Jennifer A. Eason has practiced law in Sacramento since 1992, primarily representing individuals in Workers Compensation Law. She earned her law degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where she was selected for the Law during her last year of law school. 

Jennifer has built a reputation as a compassionate and powerful advocate and is known by courtroom staff and defense counsel for her strategic thinking and effective representation. Recently, she was named a 2017 Top Lawyer in Workers’ Compensation by Sacramento Magazine. Jennifer has mastered several facets of workers compensation claims, which result from car accidents, slip and falls, burns, and other workplace accidents resulting in injury or illness. She works tirelessly in pursuit of medical treatment, temporary and permanent disability, job displacement benefits and sometimes death benefits for her clients and their families. 

Despite repeated offers, she have consistently declined to represent insurance companies or employers, opting to only represent injured workers. Jennifer is also an active participant and supporter of the California Association of Applicants Attorneys, which is an organization whose primary purpose is furthering the rights of Workers’ Compensation Applicants and other injured employees.

Outside of the office, you will find Jennifer visiting her children at college and enjoying morning jogs with a group of women she has been running with for nearly 20 years.
