Experienced and successful trial attorney with over ten (10) verdicts on behalf of clients. Won multiple serious complex felony matters for consecutive years in jury trials. Had many motions granted for clients including four (4) motions to suppress evidence and over twenty 17B motions granted which reduce felonies to misdemeanors. Secured over forty (40) Dismissals for clients in various cases including drugs, guns, battery, theft, domestic, drunk driving, and vandalism.
