It is my great pleasure to unreservedly recommend Christian Montgomery: he is an absolutely amazing attorney: talented, competent, knowledgeable, capable, efficient, empathetic, and creative, with a lovely and admirable personality. He is not only a great choice of attorney to hire, but also an exce...llent attorney to know, as a resource, if you need to ask a quick question regarding taxes, or financial issues in general. He is always easily and promptly available and quickly responds to any question. I consider myself VERY LUCKY to have Christian as my attorney. I work with many attorneys, as a part of my job, so I had opportunity to compare him to others: Christian is top notch and clearly superior when it comes to knowledge, competence, empathy, personality, and patience. I consider myself very lucky, to have had Christian as my attorney, fighting for my interests and always delivering the most favorable resolution. I have hired Christian already on 2 occasions. First time, I received a letter from IRS, claiming I owed significant amount of money. I had no idea what was going on, and IRS was not explaining much in their letter. I hired Christian and he figured out that since I have a history of Offer in Compromise, and I was on probation at the time, IRS was claiming that, a few years before, I filled my taxes late, and as such, I broke the requirements of the probation and was now liable for the full amount that I initially owed. I felt literally sick. Christian not only took care of this issue but also managed to persuade them to cut my probation short and consider it completed, which I never asked for. Initially, I was hoping that, at best, we can negotiate a smaller amount or more time. I couldn’t even imagine such a favorable outcome that Christian achieved. During the process of negotiating with IRS, Christian showed an amazing competence, efficacy, initiative, dedication, and creativity. Once the whole thing was done, I literally felt like my life was given back to me. On a second occasion, again, I got a letter stating that I owed money to CDTFA. Again, I had never heard of them and had no idea what they were about and why I owed them money. Again, there was no explanation what the debt was about, and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to have a meaningful conversation. Luckily, I already had a great tax attorney: Christian to the rescue: he figured what the whole thing was about, and again achieved the most favorable result, and I ended not paying anything. Then there were situations when I would get a phone call, claiming that they were calling from some federal agency and that my identity was stolen and asking me to provide all sorts of information. What a relief it was to be able to say: “Let me talk to my attorney”, knowing that Christian will call back promptly and know how to proceed in a best way. Christian also recommended a great accountant to take care of my taxes in the future. Now, I wouldn’t be very honest, if I were to say that I am looking forward to working with Christian in the future, because that would imply that I would have financial and tax issues again, however, it gives me a great peace of mind and confidence that, should I have any issues or problems, I have Christian on my side.

Christian is a real life Super Hero, who truly saved my life. I was drowning in years of back taxes to the IRS. I had tried working with a few people before him, and they did not help at all. Some even said due to my line of work, the IRS would never accept an offer in compromise from me.  I was losi...ng hope with my situation until I luckily came across Christian online.He was amazing from the first phone call, where he spent so much time talking to me, and his follow up was Amazing throughout this entire process. I am so happy that I hired Mr. Montgomery to help me with my IRS debt that was hanging over my head for 8 years. I was thinking it would be great if I could get a monthly payment low enough for the next 10 years; it would be better than what I was dealing with. From my first telephone conversation which was in the evening, he put my heart at ease that he would be able to help me with my IRS problems. Within one week of my first initial office meeting which was 4/30/2013 he was able to work out arrangements with the IRS which was in my favor and best intere...st, which no other attorney did on my behalf they just took my money and did me more harm than good.
