Her experience includes representation of numerous public and private clients before a variety of state and federal agencies regarding rulemakings, compliance counseling and negotiations in matters such as contracts for sale or transfer of water resources, affirmation of water rights in property development, addressing threatened and endangered species listings, consultations and recovery matters in resources development, analysis of availability and use of groundwater, and land use and water resources-related litigation. The Brenda Davis Law Group has access to the services of contract providers that include former judges, scientists and engineers, all skilled problem solvers, negotiators, and advocates experienced in making and implementing policy successfully at the highest legislative and executive levels.
