Andrew Stephen Grundman

Andrew Grundman is a California native brought up on a family farm, continuing as a rice farmer until the late 1990s.  A licensed member of the California State Bar since 2002, representing precious metal mining operations and other businesses on transactional, securities, financing, litigation, property and general business matters.

Serving previously with the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services, he authored Legal Guidelines for Controlling Movement of People and Property During an Emergency and other emergency law issues.  Subsequently,  for the Office of the California Attorney General, he served as Executive Fellow to the Chief Deputy Attorney General, Legal Affairs.

Over the past decade, he has served as a Director and Officer for a variety of publicly-traded and private companies in addition to non-profit organizations.  Currently, he holds the office of President for the Judicial Integrity Project, a 501(c)(4) non-profit, and Officer of Pacific Air Well, Inc., a new company providing water and water recycling solutions.  He continues as a business consultant to mining operations and serves as Special Counsel to an alternative energy publicly-reporting company.

He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering and Technology from CSU Chico. He graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2000.

He is a member of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, a Benefactor Life Member of the National Rifleman Association, and a Business Member of the California Rifle and Pistol Association.
