I feel so incredibly lucky that I found Rudy. He helped me negotiate a severance payment/potential lawsuit, and he made the entire process (which could have been extremely stressful) a breeze. I brought an employment termination case to Rudy that had several complications including misclassification and non-payment for time. An added wrinkle was that I wanted to stay in good graces with my former employer as I had the possibility of soliciting work from other departments in the company. ... Rudy was extremely helpful in all regards. I was terminated on a Thursday, we spoke on Friday and the whole affair was settled in my favor by the following Thursday. Rudi helped me settle a case with my former employer over wage law, and even accepted my case with an added complication of Intellectual Property claims. This was my first time ever having to hire an attorney - for anything really! But that does not mean he will be a pushover when rubbing against another attorney - he stood his ground and got me much more than I was honestly expecting to be settling for. He is easy to reach at almost any time of day and will be my go-to for any legal disagreements I have in the future.
