Our goal is to guide you through the many legal questions that arise in family relations cases with a focus on open discussion in an effort to avoid or resolve the disputes that commonly become contentious. By taking this approach, less time and money is spent doing battle in and out of the courtroom, and children benefit from a healthier environment created by the increasingly cooperative relationship between their parents.

Family law

This lawyer was the absolute worst lawyer I’ve ever. He wouldn’t ever answer my calls and did absolutely nothing for my case. He was hired and after 6 months never heard from him. And then during the year we had him he did nothing for the case. And somehow all our retainer was used up even though he ...didn’t even do anything. Get any other lawyer but this one cause he has no care in the world just money hungry.

Great Attorney, VERY Happy!!!

Mr. Miller has been my attorney for 6 years. He is a great attorney and has won EVERY hearing that my ex has filed against me. He also gotten the Judges to award my ex to pay portions of my attorney fees. His rates are fair and I really enjoyed having him represent me. I currently refer him to ev...eryone I know, even strangers that I meet in my daily life, and I will continue not only refer him to others, but I will continue to use him any time I need legal help. He is a true lifesaver and a wonderful, professional attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
