Hired Dan, but discovered that I was obligated to stick w/ previous attorney after about a week. Informed Dan before 1st court appearance. I realized that a portion of the 5K retainer I paid would be charged for the limited services already rendered. However, when I asked for the balance, I was i...gnored for weeks. Finally, Mr K sent me an invoice for $5,200. All that was done on my case was ONE interview w/ a private investigator. The invoice he sent listed services redundantly like "interview w/ PI" "discussion w/ PI" "strategize w/ PI" So, basically I was charged over 5K for a week and one interview. Did not even attend a court appearance
