Don’t waste the headache

So I’ve been apart of a class action lawsuit for a few year years with miller attorney we settled and have remaining funds being issued out Shannon is his little sidekick who isn’t a legal attorney or representative she is just the wingwoman basically to issue out the updates through text messages s...he doesn’t throughly answer any questions they don’t provide you with solid informational updates just throw you off when asking questions or even being offensive . They will tell you one thing and then another had us at a zoom court meeting but we never heard anything just on hold told we don’t need to be apart of it after waiting for hours we found out we settled and then was told we didn’t settle just a big circus of bs . I wouldn’t recommend then because they are not genuine and have horrible communication or empathy on your situation they just want to use you and take advantage of you for their benefits ! And definitely have so illegal back door crap going on but they won’t be fooling everybody for long !

great lawyer!

I recently hired mr miller in a bad car accident case. He did exactly what he said he would do to help me. he referred me to a great doctor and settled my case quickly. I just loved the fact that he was always available to answer any questions I had. He is wonderful!

I highly recommend John Miller

I contacted John Miller for help after trying to negotiate with two parties that had created a nightmare for me in my home purchase. From the very initial contact, John was knowledgeable of the different legal aspects involved. John let me know from the start that this could be a long process to... resolve. I appreciated John's honesty and that John made no false promises. John negotiated settlements for me that allowed me to be made "whole". This was something I could never have been able to do on my own. I put my trust in John Miller and took all of his advice. I have also had the opportunity to get to know John and found him to be a very caring man, who wants to help people. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for an attorney to represent them. He was a Godsend to me. Barbara

His History Goes Way Back to 2001 People !!!

This Horrific Attorney goes way, way back people. Back in 2001, when Miller was partners with (Names I think, as I try to block them out) Whitney Davis, Charter & Miller ! He dumped us and walked away on our case, without a word for our mold infested, faulty constructed home built by Richmond Am...erican in Natomas Station, Folsom, CA ! Found out John Miller had actually represented Richmond American builders before taking our case. Too bad we had know money left to sue him ! I could say sooo much more, but I truly don't want to relive the hell we dealt with for 5 years after meeting this horrific excuse for a lawyer.

Look before you leap!

I hired Miller Law Firm to represent my family and I in a Mold case/ Landlord Tenant. It was a disaster. He was very egger to sign me as a client and once signed he then flip flopped! With me they were very inconsistent, disorganized, Horrible communications and very challenging! I found some of his... statements to be untruthful! He referred me to medical experts then saying I had to pay. He even set up mediation and sent us the bill to pay before mediation took place although it was agreed he would cover cost. We had to continually hound him for answers or to get status. Although our case was Mold /Landlord Tenant and so was our agreement they said they would not represent us in a unlawful detainer which is a Landlord Tenant action and dealt with the Mold and un-occupancy of the unit. I was hospitalized and due to the condition of the unit we were not able to occupy it shortly after leasing and moved into a hotel. Luckily we had renters insurance who was paying part of our hotel bill. Suddenly my insurance company cancelled payment saying Miller had requested the remaining funds go to his office which in essence left my family homeless. Miller denied they had made any such request but I was able to receive proof otherwise. We had changed the agreement to a contingency agreement so he would cover cost which he was not doing. That he was to gain a larger percentage share of any settlement agreement of which we were billed mediation cost and he refused to pay. Although we asked a few times to sit down with him and meet face to face we never even meet the man. Given the circumstances of this and the other above mentioned and unmentioned factors, I fired him. Not someone I woud want to represent me!
