I will always be grateful to John Miller. My apt sustained a significant water leak from an upstairs unit. The management downplayed and did nothing to fix it for several months despite my repeated complaints. I felt powerless against the property management company. My family retained miller law inc in 06. We were in a non disclosure case for mold.Mr. miller painted a big picture and referred to our case as a no- brainer. He took our 5,000 and then not even two months later demanded another 5,000 . He then started his triple billing and putting numerous lawyers ...on our case . It seemed like we were always giving his company money and we had no idea where we ever stood in our case. He threatened to drop us . We came up with more money. When calling the law firm it would take weeks before anything. We drove to his office they seemed irritated with us. But never irritated when taking our money. Mr. miller was cold heartless and insensitive towards our family. He basically sai our case was worth 650,000 dollars, but when pushed to live up to that and we ran ry of our money he said we would be lucky to get anything. so we settled with one of the people we were suing. For a lousy 18,000 I paid him more than that. H e told my family to put it in our childrens names so we did . He put that money right in his own bank account. Mr. miller abandoned our case weeks before our trial. Claiming he doesnt work for free. He gave horrible advice and we also ended up losing our house and we sold our business to fund our lawsuit that went no where.....He took advantage of my family and our trust account funds. We went into court pro-per and looked hideous in front of the people we were suing. The judge felt horrible for my family. We took our case to other lawyers and they reviewe our case for free and we learned we have a great case against him for malpractice. But he has no insurance. Mr. miller agreed to give my 18,000 back but what about the money he was paid to represent me? He caused major depression and stress for three years. He is not the best mold attorney.any ?s.
