Please read this review. This lawyers assistant Shannon is unprofessional abd very nasty attitude. The way this lawyer never contacts clients to provide updates, but his assistant claims to text you updates and doesn't. Our case FINALLY settled after they prolonged mediation agreements for 4 months c...laiming he was trying to get us more money, only to have us receive the same amount presented the first month of negotiations. Communication is ZERO after they settle your case. Yet when you need to testify so they can use you, you'll hear from them. I'd find a lawyer who can communicate with his clients. Mr. Miller represented me on a mold case against a former landlord, and management company. He was patient, kind and extremely professional. Although my case wasn't one of the biggie gold mine type cases that many attorneys are looking for, he treated me with respect, collegiality and was able to he...lp me get a settlement through mediation that seemed to be the best option for the quagmire of my particular case. One should always hold negative reviews on here in perspective: often people think their cases are slam-dunks, but as we all know, the legal system is overly complex and not as straight-forward as we all would like it to be. Often cases don't turn out as we'd like them to, but I felt that Mr. Miller was above board regarding the overall merits of my case and he tried to be realistic as to the outcome. I would recommend him and/or avail of his services again.

Mr. Miller represented me on a mold litigation matter. He worked on contingency and had my apartment inspected by a high quality inspector and did all the work necessary to win a judgement in my favor. He did not call me or 'keep me updated.' After reading these reviews I was worried that he was a sc...am. That is the farthest from the truth. Mr. Miller showed up for mediation with a large file that he had been working on the whole time. I appreciate that he did not call me during every step of the legal process. This showed by the judgement awarded that he was competently working on my legal issues and did not need my help. He had all the facts organized and ready. Mr. Miller spends his time working your case. Let him do his job. You will be amazed.
