As a cooperative divorce attorney and certified professional mediator, I am singularly focused on providing affordable, efficient, positive and productive solutions for resolving divorce out of court. My clients have short and long marriages, no assets or multi-million dollar estates, young or grown or no children - but they have one thing in common: the desire to resolve their divorce quickly, privately, affordably, and most importantly, on their own terms.

My process is unique, and highly effective. 

My dedication to cooperative divorce practice has provided me the opportunity to develop and teach a course on litigation alternatives at McGeorge School of Law. Unlike most law school curriculum, this course trains attorneys-to-be in practical, reasonable divorce resolution.

I host a divorce lifestyle network: Split Decisions Divorce. Though 50% of marriages end in divorce, 100% of people are impacted by it at some point in their lives. Our goal is to provide education, entertainment, and information to help all of those impacted by divorce make better Split Decisions.

I am also the CEO and CFO of a single-parent household with young children. They’re the loveliest children ever, who thoughtfully provide me with the chance to sharpen my dispute resolution skills on a daily (hourly?) basis. When dividing a can of Play-Doh, or dividing a pension plan, my goal is that the people involved (whether spouses or toddlers) be pleased that they reached their own fair and equitable result.
