I recently hired Mr Chris Alva as my attorney, and I must say the experience I had was absolutely awesome. I wasn't sure what to expect, my very first attorney I felt was not very helpful and I can honestly say Mr Alva was the complete opposite. In my line of business as a Real Estate Investor specializing in the acquisition of real property through non judicial trustee sales, lawsuits are passed around more frequently than the salt and pepper around your typical dinner table.
