In my line of business as a Real Estate Investor specializing in the acquisition of real property through non judicial trustee sales, lawsuits are passed around more frequently than the salt and pepper around your typical dinner table. There hasn't been an issue I haven't been able to handle through...out the hundreds of transactions I've participated in... Until recently...
