I have given this review a full year to sit before posting in case my opinion has changed, but it has not. Cheryl did the bare minimum when it came to my custody case and was completely unprepared when it came to cross examination during trial. Although the case was open/shut and 50/50 schedule was e...ventually implemented, Cheryl and opposing counsel managed to drag the full trial out to 6 full afternoon sessions. In addition, the judge went over the 90 day limit in ruling on the case, but Cheryl repeatedly dismissed my concerns about the length of time taking to make this ruling. I would not recommend Cheryl as an attorney, especially to fathers going to trial. She will not work very hard for you, not stand up to bullying by the Court and will treat you like your concerns are trivial.

I’m so very thankful to have Cheryl representing me in what has become a nightmare for me with my 3 yr old son and his Narcissistic father. This is one of the most hardest things I have ever had to go through and I’m grateful to have her there for my family. I have been harassed and bullied, and set... up by my ex and even his lawyer. She took over and has, is putting a stop to it. We have not yet attended court but do so in a little over a week and I can rest a little easier knowing she will be by my side. I would highly recommend her and will to anyone I know!

I just recently render the services of Cheryl Sommers for my divorce and the sale of my marital home. I would (and have) recommend Cheryl Sommers to anyone who needed a "getter done gal". Extremely professional, knows how to handle non cooperative spouses and quick to respond to any and all issues. ... In our very first appointment she was able to settle every topic but one that the ex was stuck on but was resolved in our second appointment!! I still can't believe it! Not only did we have multiple homes, cars and boats we were also dealing with spousal support and pension funds. With the type of person my ex husband was, this woman should be considered a miracle worker!!! Which is why I have hired her again to find my new home!
