I handle divorce, custody, and support matters as well as estate planning which includes wills, trusts, durable power of attorneys, asset protection strategies. I also handle probate cases and estate administration including conservatorships and guardianships. In addition, my office handles Bankruptcy cases including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings as well as Adversary Proceedings.
