I am a Family Law, Probate and Estate Planning and Bankruptcy attorney in the Bay and Sacramento areas. I handle divorce, custody, and support matters as well as estate planning which includes wills, trusts, durable power of attorneys, asset protection strategies. I also handle probate cases and estate administration including conservatorships and guardianships. In addition, my office handles Bankruptcy cases including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings as well as Adversary Proceedings.
I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people. I feel my practice areas, helping families with issues close to home, gives me the best opportunity to accomplish that and I would be happy to help you with yours.
