Great lawyer for family business and personal injury work. Pragmatic. Responsive. Effective.
My son was injured in a personal injury / product liability situation. We had come to trust Eric based on prior legal work for us on some family business and estate planning projects. Eric is not an ambulance chaser with his photo on bus stops. He's mostly a business lawyer, which is the style I was looking for. After our son was injured, Eric handled everything smoothly and efficiently, keeping us informed and consulting with us frequently. Beyond the legal analysis and paperwork, he offered solid advice on tricky judgment calls that later proved to be spot on. We ended up settling sooner and for more money than we expected. We would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to friends and business colleagues.

"Given the adversarial nature of the legal community, one of the most difficult but permanent ways to garner the respect of your peers is to oppose them in litigation. Mr. Graves has earned my respect. He handled his end of the matter efficiently and effectively, with the utmost decorum. Since, I have not hesitated to refer trusted friends and clients to Mr. Graves firm confident that they will receive the same outstanding representation I witnessed for myself."
