For the last 20 years I have practiced law in the State of California. I am the Managing Partner for the law firm of Stone Graves Dutra & Oates, LLP in Gold River, CA. Our firm specializes in business litigation, business transactions, commercial lending, employment law and real property litigation and transactions.
I graduated from the Univeristy of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1995. I served as both a writer and editor for the Pacific Law Review and graudated in the top ten percent of my class.
The focus of my practice and that of my firm is to provide efficient and effective legal services at a reasoinable price to local and national clients. We have a reputation for fairness in our dealings with both our cleints and our collegues. We practice law in a logical and pragmatic manner, which inures to the benefit of our clients, our firm and our reputation.
In addition to my law practice, I commit a substantial amount of time assisting non-profits and various other civic organiations. I currently sit on the Board of Directors of CASA Sacramento.
