Clara Yang

Clara Yang did my will and trust. I met other lawyer before, however after I talked to Clara I immediately decided to let her handle my case. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Our wills and family trust were over 30 years old and needed to be updated. Also, it was time for us to assign durable powers of attorney. We picked Clara Yang because she also specializes in elder law We met with Clara and she listened as we gave her a background as to our needs and family situatio...n. After several weeks, she emailed the documents to us for our review. We made notations on the documents, were we had questions. We met with Clara again and she went over the documents with us explaining the areas that we had noted. She also made a suggestion as to a change we might consider, in the family trust. We were grateful for the suggestion and made the change. We recommend Clara Yang for anyone needing a lawyer to help them with estate planning (wills, trust & power of attorney, etc)

Ms. Yang was most helpful with every aspect of our Living Will and Trust. When my husband and I had wishes that did not quiet match, she was very helpful with offering a variety of solutions for us to choose from. He expertise made what could have been an uncomfortable experience for us, into a ver...y pleasant one. When we signed the final papers, we felt very fortunate to have attended her seminar at the local community center and hired her as a result of what we learned from her at that seminar. I was named by my mother to be the Trustee of her trust. I thought I understood the duties of this, but felt I needed professional oversight. Clara was an absolute blessing! She explained the complex laws and rules pertaining to my duties, filed all the correct papers and is dealing with family membe...rs for me. Clara Yang has done our will and trust. She took the time to make sure we understood all of the documents. We have the tendency to put things off so when we started doing our will and trust we gave her all of the information and she prepared the documents and submitted them to us for approval and any... need correction. We had paid most of the fees up front so there was no need on her part to keep reminding us about finishing the documents. So after about 6 months of her persistence we finalized the documents. To her credit she had to do several rewrites due to changes that were needed due to our procrastination. She followed through were most lawyers would have just let it slide and we would have never finished what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Clara Yang for handling any and all of your estate planning. She is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time necessary to get all of the answers you would ever need and make sure you understand everything.
