From my first meeting Clara was able to help me through the process of legal paper work and court demands. She listened to me and my histo...ry with my situation as Trustee to my mother's estate and attempts of settlement. She read through my mounds of paper dealing with settling the State's demand for payment and sibling demands. Clara then advised me of the options available in proceeding and asked me what I wanted as the outcome. In my situation I was more interested in clearing and closing the case rather than concern with getting more. Clara was not pushy with her advice when it differed with my desires and presented my case according to my wishes. She is ethical, caring, sympathetic yet always pointing out how situations could have worked better if I had used legal council at the onset rather than trying to settle it myself. She is calm and collected, mild mannered but don't let that fool you when she presents your case as she is well able to get the facts and situation presented successfully. She kept me informed about my case dealing with the opposing attorney and walked me through all the proceedings prior to each event. She gets the job done.

Clara Yang has done our will and trust. She took the time to make sure we understood all of the documents. We have the tendency to put things off so when we started doing our will and trust we gave her all of the information and she prepared the documents and submitted them to us for approval and any... need correction. We had paid most of the fees up front so there was no need on her part to keep reminding us about finishing the documents. So after about 6 months of her persistence we finalized the documents. To her credit she had to do several rewrites due to changes that were needed due to our procrastination. She followed through were most lawyers would have just let it slide and we would have never finished what needed to be done. She is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time necessary to get all of the answers you would ever need and make sure you understand everything.
