I was in a car accident where i was not at fault and i had a passenger in my car as well. Initially i wasn't intending to get an attorney but my passenger was a client here and recommended it. So i took her advice and it has certainly paid off. It was very smooth sailing and everything was taken care... of with certainty so i felt confident that i didn't miss anything. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Willing to explain things in layman's terms. I'm extremely satisfied. :)

Lorraine has represented me two times in the past 5 years--both times for car accidents where I was not found at-fault. The insurance company offered me a very low amount of compensation for my pain and suffering and Lorraine was able to get me almost TEN times what they initially offered by knowledg...eably arguing my case to the insurance adjusters and remaining persistent. I always knew the status of my case and if I had any questions Lorraine answered her phone at all hours of the day--making me feel that the professional I was dealing with personally knew me and cared about my case--I was not just a number or a file. I personally always get to know a business professional, where they work, who they work with, and how they conduct business before I agree to trust them with something so important to me as my medical bills, my personal information and the ability to get me what I need. What I found was a friendly, professional staff in a neat and clean business environment. Everyone who worked in Lorraine's office knew my case and was able to keep me informed--I was not put on hold for several minutes to wait for the attorney to get done with other clients and dig through files to talk to me. Lorraine was always on time to scheduled meetings, in business or business casual attire--even when I was late or had to change the schedule last minute, I was accommodated--she worked with my schedule to make sure that I could get in to the office and get out in a timely manner. Lorraine sent me to medical professionals that I felt comfortable seeing that worked with me and my budget--who agreed to treat me on a lien! I was not experienced with how injury cases worked and before meeting with Lorraine I did not know this was even a possibility and was worried that I would have to wait to be approved to get treatment. I cannot tell you enough how glad I was to get my spine looked at by a professional--without this treatment I may have healed improperly and suffered greatly in the future. If you're looking for an attorney who feels more like dealing with a real human being I cannot recommend Lorraine enough! I give her 5 stars in all categories, knowledge is power and thanks to her knowledge and expertise I am feeling fine, I have healed well and received fair compensation for both of my cases and could not be happier. I will seek Lorraine's expert legal counsel in the future should I ever get into another accident.
