Lorraine Denice Gingery

I worked with Gingery Law after being rear-ended in a car accident. Their team was quick to act, even coming to my house to help me get the paperwork started. They were able to provide me with suggestions for chiropractic, and pain management services. They made sure to follow up on my case and kep...t me up to date with the progression of my case. They were very responsive to my emails and calls and I always felt that I was a priority for them.

I suffered a broken wrist in two places and needed surgery to have a metal plate put in. The ins company decided this happened because i was careless and fell . They did not accept liability for my case. I contacted a lawyer who sat on my case for over a year then he decided we did not have a case ...so in frustration i called another firm they referred me to Lorraine Gingery , What a great day'. From the first phone call from Richard Gingery I knew i was with the right firm. Richard told me to let them handle everything, and they sure did. Within a very short time span of approx. two months all medical bills were paid and I received a wonderful large sum of cash that i would not have gotten without the Gingery aid. Lorraine is a wonderful attorney not to mention gorgeous. I would use them for legal service in a heartbeat and reccoamend Lorraine Gingery and her wonderful husband Richard to anyone who needs a true professional law office to get the job done.

Lorraine and her staff were excellent while handling our case. From the very first day with Andrew during our intake, we felt comfortable and knowledgeable about what to expect. They handled every facet of the case, calling and checking in, returning our emails very quickly when we had questions, and... never once did we feel railroaded or pushed into any decisions. Each aspect of the case was explained down to how they would proceed, approximate timeliness and obstacles that we might encounter. While there a definitely some attorneys that have that greasy, smarmy approach, this is NOT one of those places. Everyone was wonderful to talk to and to work with. Our case was handled quickly and we are beyond satisfied with the service and treatment by Lorraine and her office.
